Over than 200 years ago on the slopes of the Andreevsky hill was laid the Apothecary Garden. The plants for Kiev drugstores were cultivated there. Naturally, the place for this garden was selected as scrupulously as the place for a temple. Now the hotel Vozdvyzhensky is situated here. And we want to revive the Apothecary Garden – this existing connection between our forefathers and posterity. And something will grow here, and life will repeat itself again…

“Vozdvizhenie” (Russian term of “Exaltation of the Cross”)– is a striving for ideal. We try to be perfect in every field we work – in our style, cuisine, and atmosphere. Our restaurant’s interior is decorated with etchings of Pavel Makov, the elite Ukrainian artist. Menu contains different exquisite dishes of high cuisine.
